At a meeting of the Court of Common Council, the City of London Corporation agreed to changes to officer delegation, discussed housing governance, and received a report from the Panel of Independent Persons. The Court also approved a motion to instruct officers to report on introducing rolling electoral registration.

Culture, Heritage and Libraries Committee - Monday, 22nd September, 2025 9.00 am

The Culture, Heritage and Libraries Committee were scheduled to meet on Monday, 22 September 2025 to discuss the City Arts Initiative, the Cultural Strategy, and the revenue outturn forecast. The committee was also expected to note the forward plan.

Policy and Resources Committee - Thursday, 18th September, 2025 1.45 pm

The Policy and Resources Committee met to discuss a number of items, including changes to the Scheme of Delegations, an investment governance update, the appointment of additional members to the Competitiveness Advisory Board, a proposal for Faith in the City, and a rough sleeping prevention and recovery grant delivery proposal. The committee approved the recommendations for Faith in the City, the North East London Rough Sleeping Prevention and Recovery Grant Delivery Proposal, and the changes to the Scheme of Delegations.

Finance Committee - Tuesday, 16th September, 2025 1.30 pm

The Finance Committee convened to discuss a range of financial and strategic matters, including approving risk appetite levels for medium-term finances, receiving a budget monitoring report, and reviewing the Chamberlain's business plan. The committee also endorsed changes to investment property transaction thresholds and discussed Central London Forward grant receipts and programme delivery.
