Lancashire Health and Wellbeing Board - Tuesday, 20th January, 2026 2.00 pm
The Lancashire Health and Wellbeing Board was scheduled to discuss the Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board's NHS Medium Term Planning and 5 Year Strategic Commissioning Plan, as well as the development of Neighbourhood Health Plans across Lancashire. The meeting also included a workshop session dedicated to Neighbourhood Health Plans.

The Lancashire County Council Development Control Committee met on Thursday, December 4, 2025, and refused an application to extend the time limit for restoration works at the Preston New Road Exploration Site, while approving applications for a waste processing facility at Hillhouse International Business Park and a residential development on Stanifield Lane.

Lancashire Health and Wellbeing Board - Tuesday, 18th November, 2025 2.00 pm
The Lancashire Health and Wellbeing Board met to discuss a range of issues including the future of the board itself, the Better Care Fund, neighbourhood health plans, and a prevention strategy for Lancashire. The board endorsed recommendations from a Local Government Association (LGA) review aimed at strengthening the board's role and approved the Better Care Fund quarter two report. Members also heard about steps being taken to improve health outcomes at a neighbourhood level, and a developing prevention strategy for the county.

The upcoming Full Council meeting is set to address a variety of topics, including community safety, the members' allowance scheme, and the annual review of overview and scrutiny.
