Special Meeting, Renewal, Recreation and Housing Policy Development and Scrutiny Committee - Thursday 11 December 2025 6.00 pm

The Renewal, Recreation and Housing Policy Development and Scrutiny Committee are scheduled to discuss a report on the Local Authority Housing Fund Round 4, which sets out proposals for using a £27.6m grant to reduce the cost pressures of temporary accommodation. The Council of Bromley is scheduled to meet on Monday 8 December 2025, to discuss the Council Tax Support Scheme, treasury management performance, and the Code of Corporate Governance, among other items. The meeting will also include questions from the public and councillors, statements from the Leader of the Council, Portfolio Holders, and Committee Chairmen, and consideration of motions.

Development Control Committee - Thursday 27 November 2025 7.30 pm

The Bromley Council Development Control Committee met on 27 November 2025, and approved plans for a new leisure centre in West Wickham, and reviewed planning enforcement and appeals data. The committee also noted updates on councillor planning application 'call ins' and planning key performance indicators (KPIs).

Renewal, Recreation and Housing Policy Development and Scrutiny Committee - Tuesday 18 November 2025 7.00 pm

The Renewal, Recreation and Housing Policy Development and Scrutiny Committee were scheduled to meet to discuss budget monitoring, capital programme monitoring, housing delivery, the future of the library service, planning enforcement actions, and the council's contracts register. The meeting was also scheduled to include an update from Councillor Yvonne Bear, Portfolio Holder for Renewal, Recreation & Housing, and a review of the Housing, Planning and Regeneration Portfolio Plan.
