The Markets Board of the City of London Corporation met on Thursday 6 November 2025 to discuss the revenue and capital budgets for 2026/27, the climate action strategy at the markets, and updates from the general managers of Smithfield, New Spitalfields and Billingsgate Markets. They were also scheduled to discuss pipe subways of Holborn Viaduct and Snow Hill over Thameslink.

The Economic and Cyber Crime Committee of the City of London Police Authority Board convened to discuss several key issues, including policing plan performance, Action Fraud complaints, and updates on the Cyber Griffin programme. The committee also planned to review the minutes from their previous meeting and address both public and non-public agendas. Much of the meeting was scheduled to be held in exclusion of the public due to the discussion of exempt information.
