The Cabinet of Lancashire Council approved the commencement of procurement exercises for Primary Care Local Improvement Scheme Agreements and other items listed in Appendix 'A' of the report on 6 March 2025. The Cabinet also approved a high-level spending plan for Bus Grant in 2025/26, subject to delegation by the Lancashire Combined County Authority. The Director of Highways and Transport was authorised to submit a delivery plan to the Department for Transport by 31 March 2025.
