The Cabinet of Lancashire Council approved the commencement of procurement exercises for Primary Care Local Improvement Scheme Agreements and other items listed in Appendix 'A' of the report on 6 March 2025. The Cabinet also approved a high-level spending plan for Bus Grant in 2025/26, subject to delegation by the Lancashire Combined County Authority. The Director of Highways and Transport was authorised to submit a delivery plan to the Department for Transport by 31 March 2025.

...to maintain consistency, the financial threshold for key decisions, as defined in Section 5.9 of the Constitution, will remain at £2.2 million for the 2025/26 financial year.

...to approve the recommendations outlined in the report of the Lancashire Health and Wellbeing Board.

...to approve the recommendations arising from the Lancashire Combined Fire Authority meetings held on 16 December 2024 and 17 February 2025, which included the Pay Policy Statement 2025/26 and the Budget Report 2025/26.

The Full Council decided to approve the minutes from previous meetings held on 12 December 2024 and 26 February 2025. The decision was made on 13 March 2025.
