The Buckinghamshire Council Licensing (Premises) Sub-Committee met on Tuesday 16 September 2025 to consider an application for a new premises licence for B'Hive, 2-3 High Street, High Wycombe, HP11 2AZ. The application was granted, subject to mandatory conditions and additional conditions agreed upon in response to representations made.

The Swan, 2 High Street, Iver, SL0 9NG (Review), Licensing (Premises) Sub-Committee - Thursday, 11th September, 2025 6.30 pm

The Licensing (Premises) Sub-Committee of Buckinghamshire Council convened on 11 September 2025, to review the premises licence for The Swan, Iver, following an application for review. After considering detailed discussions and evidence, the sub-committee resolved to modify the conditions of the premises licence, with additional conditions set out in Schedule 3 of the decision notice taking effect after the appeal period.

Stoke Road News and Booze, 59 Stoke Road, Aylesbury, HP21 8BL (Application), Licensing (Premises) Sub-Committee - Thursday, 11th September, 2025 10.30 am

The Buckinghamshire Council Licensing (Premises) Sub-Committee convened to consider an application for a new premises licence for Stoke Road News and Booze, located at 59 Stoke Road, Aylesbury. The committee decided to grant the licence with amended hours and additional conditions to promote the licensing objectives[^2]. The Sub-Committee was reassured that there was no connection between the applicant and the previous licence holder.

Central & North Buckinghamshire Area Planning Committee - Wednesday, 3rd September, 2025 2.00 pm

The Central and North Buckinghamshire Area Planning Committee met on Wednesday 3 September 2025, and approved the change of use of a dwelling house to a children's home, and a retrospective application for the change of use of land to residential for one Gypsy Traveller family, while refusing an outline application for a residential development. Councillor Patrick Fealey, Chair of the Committee, stepped down from the meeting for part of the proceedings due to a declared conflict of interest.
