The Licensing Sub Committee B of Lewisham Council approved the minutes of the previous meeting held on 18 June 2026 on 06 October 2026. The committee also granted a premises licence for Dream Story Coffee for the supply of alcohol between 17:00 and 22:00 daily and varied the premises licence for Johns Newsagent for the off-sale of alcohol between 08:00 and 02:00 daily.

The Licensing Sub-Committee B of Lewisham Council decided to grant a new Premises Licence for The Railway Tavern, 401 Southend Lane, SE26 5BH, on 06 October 2026. The licence was granted for the supply of alcohol and regulated entertainment (recorded music) with specified hours. The decision maker refused to specify Mr Yener Karahan as the designated premises supervisor and imposed a comprehensive set of conditions.

Licensing Sub Committee B decided on 06/10/2026 to appoint Councillor Calcutt Cheadle as Chair for the remainder of the municipal year.
