The Health & Adult Social Care Select Committee of Buckinghamshire Council is scheduled to consider the performance and future strategies of two key NHS trusts serving the county. The committee will hear from representatives of Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust regarding their performance in 2025/26 and plans for 2026/27, including details on their annual quality account and the use of an AI-enabled patient experience tool. Additionally, members will receive an overview of Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust's emerging strategy for 2026-2031 and are invited to provide initial reflections.

The Council of Buckinghamshire Council met on Wednesday 15 April 2026 to discuss a range of important matters, including proposed changes to street trading controls, amendments to the Members' Code of Conduct, and the Members' Allowances Scheme for the upcoming year. A significant portion of the meeting was dedicated to reviewing reports from Cabinet Members, covering areas such as strategic finance, culture and leisure, transport, environment, planning, and children's services.
