Wiltshire Pension Fund Committee - Thursday 20 November 2025 10.00 am

The Wiltshire Pension Fund Committee met on 20 November 2025 to discuss responsible investment, compliance with MiFID II[^2], and the date of the next meeting. The committee was also scheduled to receive training on the Stewardship Code[^3]. Part of the meeting was scheduled to be held with the public excluded, in order to discuss the Scheme's Investment Strategy review, the Fund's quarterly investment performance, and changes to the Pooling Arrangements.

Overview and Scrutiny Management Committee - Wednesday 19 November 2025 10.30 am

The Overview and Scrutiny Management Committee met on 19 November 2025, and agreed to note an update on the Wiltshire Community Strategic Partnership's work, including improvements to systems for the public to report anti-social behaviour, and to receive a further update in six months. The committee also endorsed the findings and recommendations of a Rapid Scrutiny Exercise on corporate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), while expressing disappointment at the Executive's limited acceptance of the recommendations, and agreed to consider two notices of motion regarding screenwash and billposting, task group updates, and select committee forward work programmes.

Cabinet - Tuesday 11 November 2025 10.00 am

The Wiltshire Council Cabinet met on 11 November 2025 and approved an increase to the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) allocation for the Chippenham Avon Project, as well as the quarterly revenue and capital budget monitoring reports, and the Treasury Management Strategy report. The Cabinet heard announcements from the Leader of the Council and Cabinet Members, and responded to questions from members of the public.

Northern Area Planning Committee - Wednesday 5 November 2025 2.00 pm

The Northern Area Planning Committee of Wiltshire Council met on 5 November 2025, to discuss planning appeals and a planning application in Kington St Michael. The committee reviewed several completed and pending planning appeals, including sites for gypsies and travellers, and ultimately voted to refuse planning permission for extensions to a garage in Kington St Michael, against officer advice, citing concerns about its scale and impact on the conservation area.

Extraordinary meeting - On the rising of the ordinary meeting of Full Council taking place on 21 October 2025, not before 14:00, Council - Tuesday 21 October 2025 2.00 pm

The Wiltshire Council was scheduled to meet to discuss a statutory recommendation from external auditors, Grant Thornton, regarding delays in the preparation of the council's financial accounts. The council was expected to consider the recommendation and approve a response.
