The Joint Consultative Committee was scheduled to meet on Thursday, 12 June 2025, to discuss several items including the minutes from the previous meeting, matters raised jointly by the GMB[^1] and Unite[^2] unions, and the introduction of the Interim Chief People Officer and Executive Director of People and HR.

Port Health & Environmental Services Committee - Monday, 2nd June, 2025 2.00 pm

The Port Health & Environmental Services Committee was scheduled to discuss a range of topics, including food safety, environmental health, and risk management. The committee was also expected to consider the implementation of new regulations regarding single-use vapes and enhanced biodiversity duties. Additionally, members were to review and approve various service plans and appointments to sub-committees and outside bodies.

Epping Forest & Commons Committee - Thursday, 29th May, 2025 1.45 pm

The Epping Forest & Commons Committee were scheduled to discuss a range of topics, including the appointment of consultative committees and groups, a risk management update, and the terms of reference for the Natural Environment Complementary Land Policy and Complementary Land Use Appraisal. The committee was also scheduled to consider membership of the Epping Forest Consultative Group.
