The board agreed to the recommendations in the report on the strategic vision for 2035 and the health and wellbeing strategy, and also agreed to note the contents of the reports on the children's healthy weight plan, the Children's Safeguarding Annual Report 2024-2025, the Safeguarding Adults Board Annual Report 2024-2025, the Children and Young People's Mental Health Needs Assessment, and the SEND Inspection Report and SEND Annual Report.

The Overview & Scrutiny Committee (OSC) of Tower Hamlets Council met on 15 September 2025, to discuss the Youth Justice Strategic Plan, the council's gambling policy, budget monitoring, and the committee's work programme. The committee agreed to endorse the Youth Justice Strategic Plan 2025-2028 and recommend the adoption of the revised Statement of Gambling Policy to the full council.
