Councillors debated and voted on amendments to the council's constitution, including the structure of scrutiny committees, but ultimately approved the proposed changes. Councillor Sean Matthews was elected as the Leader of the Council, and he outlined his priorities for the coming term, including reducing council debt and protecting Lincolnshire's countryside.
