Local Government Reorganisation - proposal to Government

The Cabinet of South Holland Council approved the proposal for Local Government Re-organisation in Greater Lincolnshire for submission to Government on 24 November 2025. Authority was delegated to the Assistant Director – Corporate, in consultation with the Leader of the Council, to make necessary changes before submission.

Pride in Place Programme (Spalding)

The Cabinet of South Holland Council approved the submission of a ten-year Regeneration Plan and a four-year investment profile for Spalding under the UK Government’s Pride in Place Programme on 24/11/2025. Authority was delegated to the Director of Economic Development to agree amendments to the plan and profile, and to the Council’s Section 151 Officer to approve the submission.
