The Miscellaneous Licensing Committee of Cornwall Council met on Friday 25 April 2025, to discuss several licensing issues, including applications for new licenses, and a review of existing licenses. The agenda included a mix of routine items and specific cases requiring individual consideration. Notably, there were several items added to the agenda as urgent matters.

The Monitoring Officer has decided that this meeting will not be livestreamed due to the pre-election period of heightened sensitivity. The recording will be made available after the elections, Cornwall Council - Tuesday, 15th April, 2025 10.30 am

Cornwall Council met to discuss health and wellbeing board alignment, and the operation of special urgency provisions. Councillors also addressed questions from the public regarding 20mph zones, transport pricing in Truro, appointments, and investments related to the conflict in Gaza. The council approved recommendations regarding the Health and Wellbeing Board and Integrated Care Partnership alignment, and noted the report on special urgency and call-in provisions.

Central Sub-Area Planning Committee - Monday, 7th April, 2025 10.00 am

The Central Sub-Area Planning Committee met to discuss one planning application and note an item for information regarding appeals. The committee voted to delegate authority to the Chief Planning Officer to grant full planning permission for the redevelopment of the former Arla Creamery site in Trevarrian, subject to conditions and a Section 106 agreement.

West Sub-Area Planning Committee - Monday, 31st March, 2025 10.00 am

The West Sub-Area Planning Committee met to discuss several planning applications, ultimately approving two and refusing two. A decision on one further application was delegated, subject to conditions.
