The Licensing Sub-Committee for Richmond upon Thames Council met on Thursday 27 November 2025 to discuss procedure, approve minutes from a previous meeting, and to consider an application for a variation of a premises licence. Councillor Lesley Pollesche, Chair of the Licensing Sub-Committee, Councillor Rob O`Carroll, Vice-Chair of the Licensing Sub-Committee, and Councillor Jonathan Cardy were scheduled to be in attendance. The meeting was held virtually.

Planning Committee - Tuesday, 25 November 2025 7.00 pm

The Planning Committee met to discuss an application to vary the conditions of a previously approved planning application for the redevelopment of the Twickenham Riverside site. The committee voted to approve the application, which included minor design alterations and landscaping changes, after hearing from a representative of the applicant and an interested ward councillor.

Regulatory Committee - Wednesday, 19 November 2025 7.00 pm

The Regulatory Committee of Richmond upon Thames Council was scheduled to meet on Wednesday 19 November 2025. The meeting was to focus on the proposed introduction of a Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) to address vehicle idling, and to review the responses to a public consultation on the matter. The committee was also scheduled to approve the minutes of a previous meeting.
