The North Northamptonshire Planning Committee (South) met on Wednesday 17 July 2024 and voted to grant planning permission for the change of use of a 4 bed family home at 21 Townsend Leys, Higham Ferrers, to a Children’s home, and also voted to grant planning permission for the proposed residential development of 6 dwellings, conversion and extension of offices to form 3 flats at the Ringstead Business Centre, 1-3 Spencer Street, Ringstead. They also voted to grant planning permission for a 2nd floor roof extension to form 3 new apartments at 36 - 40 High Street, Irthlingborough.
Licensing Sub-Committee - Tuesday 25th June, 2024 9.30 am
The Licensing Sub-Committee of North Northamptonshire Council met to consider two applications. The first, an application to review the premises license of Rutland Convenience Store, 25 High Street, Raunds, was approved, subject to conditions. The second, an application for the grant of a new premises license to Pasha Shawarma, 16 High Street, Rushden, was also approved, subject to conditions.
