'SAFE AND SOUND' SERVICE - CONSULTATION FEEDBACK AND DECISION

To provide feedback to the Executive on the key messages from the consultation with existing services users and general residents on the proposal to increase the Safe and Sound charges. The report will also set out options for Executive to consider and agree on the way forward.

WILSDEN NEIGHBOURHOOD DEVELOPMENT PLAN

The report will consider whether the Wilsden Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP), prepared by Wilsden Parish Council under the Localism Act 2011 can be put to a local referendum and formally adopted as part of the statutory development plan for the District. The NDP was subject to several periods of public consultation and will be considered by an independent examiner to determine its compliance with Basic Conditions and other legislative requirements prior to it being put to referendum and formal adoption.
