Housing and Environment Scrutiny Panel - Wednesday, 17 September 2025 7:30 pm

The Hounslow Borough Council met on 16 September 2025, and among other things, noted the State of the Borough 2025 report, approved the Hounslow Youth Justice Service Plan 2024-2027 (updated 2025), and agreed to participate in a flexible voting pilot for the May 2026 local elections, subject to government approval. The Hounslow Council Licensing Panel met to consider an application for a premises licence for Domino's Pizza on Chiswick High Road. The panel refused the application following concerns about public nuisance and the applicant's failure to address these concerns. Councillor Dan Bowring was appointed Chair of the meeting.

The Licensing & General Purposes Committee convened to address personal licence reviews, ultimately deciding to revoke the personal licences of two individuals due to driving offences and failure to notify the council of their convictions.
