The Shareholder Committee (Cabinet Committee) convened to approve the minutes from their previous meeting and to adopt the Enterprise Oxfordshire accounts for the 2024/25 financial year. The committee approved both recommendations.

Oxfordshire County Council's cabinet has endorsed the proposed devolution of powers and functions from central government, agreeing to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to signal their readiness for further discussions. The EOI, designed to position the region for early consideration in the next wave of the Devolution Programme, is an initial invitation to government and not a final decision on establishing a Mayoral Strategic Authority (MSA). A further report will be presented to the cabinet before any final decision is made regarding the creation of an MSA.

Oxfordshire Health & Wellbeing Board - Thursday, 4 December 2025 2.00 pm

The Oxfordshire Health and Wellbeing Board met to discuss several key issues, including homelessness, healthy housing, neighbourhood health, community insight profiles, safeguarding, and partnership updates. The board agreed to extend the countywide homelessness strategy for two years, approved an approach for monitoring and delivering healthy homes, and noted updates on neighbourhood health plans and safeguarding reports.

Health Improvement Partnership Board - Thursday, 27 November 2025 2.00 pm

The Health Improvement Partnership Board was scheduled to discuss updates to active travel and healthy place shaping, the cost of living programme, and the tobacco control strategy. The board was also expected to receive a report from the Healthwatch Oxfordshire Ambassador, Robert Majilton, and to monitor progress on agreed outcome measures in a performance report.

Cabinet - Tuesday, 18 November 2025 2.00 pm

The Oxfordshire Council Cabinet met on 18 November 2025 and approved a new countywide rail strategy, changes to the waste acceptance policy for household waste recycling centres, and a policy for offsetting residual carbon emissions. The Cabinet also discussed and approved the budget and business planning report for 2026/27 - 2030/31, and received updates on scrutiny items, performance, risk, and employee data.
