Licensing Sub Committee - Tuesday, 18th June, 2024 2.00 p.m.

The Licensing Sub Committee of Tower Hamlets Council met on Tuesday 18 June 2024 to consider several applications for premises licences and variations. The committee granted a new premises licence for The Yard Theatre, subject to conditions, and approved a variation to the premises licence for Studio Spaces Ltd (E1), allowing for extended hours on Sunday nights into Monday mornings. However, an application for a new premises licence for We Are Bard Books was refused.

Licensing Sub Committee - Tuesday, 23rd April, 2024 6.30 p.m.

The Licensing Sub Committee considered two applications for new premises licences. The first, for Code at 34 Westferry Circus, was granted with conditions, while the second, for Little LND at 39 Autumn Street, was adjourned for further information.

Licensing Sub Committee - Tuesday, 12th March, 2024 2.00 p.m.

The Licensing Sub Committee of Tower Hamlets Council met on Tuesday 12 March 2024 to consider two applications for new premises licences. The application for The Troxy at 490 Commercial Road was refused, while the application for AV Wholesale at 47 Goulston Street was also refused.

Licensing Sub Committee - Tuesday, 14th February, 2023 6.30 p.m.

The Licensing Sub-Committee of Tower Hamlets Council met on Tuesday 14 February 2023 to consider a new premises licence application for Oval Studio, located at 29-32 The Oval, London E2 9DT. The committee heard representations from the applicant, responsible authorities, and local residents, ultimately deciding to grant the licence with a number of conditions. The meeting also addressed the extension of decision deadlines for several other licensing applications.
