Housing Damp and Mould Policy

They also delegated authority to the Head of Planning and Development Services to make minor modifications to the plan and accompanying documents before public consultation. West London Fostering Recruitment and Retention Programme

The Cabinet of Brent Council approved entering into a new Collaboration Agreement for the West London Fostering Recruitment and Retention Programme on 27/07/2026. The Cabinet delegated authority to the Corporate Director Children, Young People and Community Development, in consultation with the Corporate Director of Finance and Resources, to finalise the terms of this agreement. This includes undertaking the whole fostering assessment process and providing initial training to foster carers.

S75 Shared Funding Agreement between West and North London Integrated Care Board and Brent Council primarily related to the Better Care Fund

The Cabinet decided to approve entering a new Section 75 partnership arrangement with the West and North London Integrated Care Board for the delivery of the Better Care Fund plan for 2026-27. Authority was delegated to the Corporate Director Service Reform and Strategy to extend the agreement for up to four years and to make annual financial contributions to the Better Care Fund budget.
