The Cabinet of Tower Hamlets Council made a number of decisions at its meeting, including approving the continuation of business rates pooling arrangements with seven other London Boroughs, the adoption of a new Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy, and a new Substance Misuse Strategy.
