Funding and Partnership Plans for Bristol’s Multiple Disadvantage Work

To update the Committee on the positive impact of the partnership work of the Changing Futures programme in Bristol and the role of the Multiple Disadvantage Transformation Board (MDTB) in delivering positive change for people who experience Multiple Disadvantages. To approve the delegation of authority for decisions on acceptance and spend of future grant monies for 2026 – 2029 - relating to Multiple Disadvantage to the Executive Director for Adults and Communities in consultation with the Chair of the Adult Social Care Committee. To note and support the Multiple Disadvantage Transformation Board as the Council`s strategic forum for multidisciplinary oversight of this work, with a clear ambition to identify and pool resources and budgets.
