The committee was also scheduled to discuss contractual arrangements and responsible investment with the London CIV[^2]. Some items, including the investment strategy review, were scheduled to be discussed in Part B of the meeting, from which the press and public were excluded.

The Croydon Council Planning Sub-Committee met to discuss a single planning application for the subdivision of a garden and the construction of a new dwelling at 17 Convent Hill, Upper Norwood. The committee voted to grant the application, subject to conditions and a Section 106 agreement[^2] to secure a financial contribution towards sustainable travel improvements, after hearing from the presenting officer, a representative speaking in objection, a representative speaking in support, and the referring ward councillor. The committee also approved the minutes from the previous meeting.

The Croydon Council Pension Board met on Thursday 13 November 2025, to discuss updates from the Local Government Pension Scheme Advisory Board and The Pensions Regulator, the Fund's risk register, and breaches of the law. They were also scheduled to discuss the representation policy, the annual report, key performance indicators, and the 2025 valuation.

The Croydon Council Planning Committee convened to discuss planning applications, ultimately approving one and refusing another. The committee granted permission for the erection of a two-storey development comprising five flats at 233 Hayes Lane in Kenley, and refused permission for a new dwelling at 1 Blenheim Crescent in South Croydon.
