Westminster City Council met on Wednesday 12 November 2025, and approved the programme of meetings for 2026/2027, and a constitutional update relating to the delegation of functions under the London Squares Preservation Act 1931. Councillors also debated and approved a motion standing united against the rise of the far right and in support of inclusive communities.

Licensing Sub-Committee (3) - Thursday 6th November, 2025 10.00 am

The Licensing Sub-Committee (3) of Westminster Council met on Thursday 06 November 2025 to consider two licensing applications. The committee granted a new premises licence for Cafe Murano at 52-55 Dorset Street, London, W1U 7NH, with a number of conditions. The committee also revoked the premises licence for Mangia Tutto at 94 Bishop's Bridge Road, London, W2 5AA, due to persistent breaches of licensing conditions and a lack of cooperation with authorities.

Licensing Sub-Committee (6) - Thursday 30th October, 2025 10.00 am

The Licensing Sub-Committee (6) of Westminster Council scheduled a meeting to discuss licensing applications for two venues: Iran Restaurant and The Box. Councillor Maggie Carman, Deputy Cabinet Member - Adult Social Care, Supported and Specialist Housing, was scheduled to chair the meeting, with Councillor Judith Southern, Lead Member - Older Persons Champion, and Councillor Louise Hyams also in attendance.

Licensing Committee - Wednesday 17th September, 2025 6.30 pm

The Licensing Committee met to discuss the Westminster After Dark consultation, and to review recent licensing appeals. The committee noted the findings of the Westminster After Dark consultation, and also noted the update on licensing appeals. The committee also approved the minutes from the previous meeting held on 11 June 2025.
