Shared Services Joint Committee - Wednesday 26th November, 2025 2.00 pm
The Shared Services Joint Committee met to discuss the disaggregation of shared IT services between North Northamptonshire Council (NNC) and West Northamptonshire Council (WNC). The committee approved the disaggregation of IT services, with NNC set to fund the one-off costs and a portion of unavoidable stranded costs. The committee approved the AMHP service becoming a permanent countywide service for adults, with North Northamptonshire Council named as the lead authority. They also approved the transfer of responsibilities for the out of hours AMHP service and adult social care response from Northamptonshire Children's Trust (NCT) to North Northamptonshire Council.
