The Wandsworth Council Planning Applications Committee is scheduled to meet on Thursday, 27 March 2025, to consider planning applications, tree preservation orders and enforcement issues. The committee will also review recent planning decisions and closed enforcement appeals.

Wandsworth Council

The Licensing Sub-Committee of Wandsworth Council scheduled a meeting to discuss licensing applications for Dilectio Coffee and the Co-Operative. Councillor Katrina Ffrench, Chair of the Licensing Committee, Councillor Guy Humphries, and Councillor Sarmila Varatharaj were appointed to the Licensing Sub-Committee. The Sub-Committee was scheduled to consider applications made under the Licensing Act 2003.

Wandsworth Council

Wandsworth Council met to discuss community safety, diversity, and local services. Councillors approved the extension of the borough's Public Space Protection Order[^2] (PSPO) and debated motions on community tensions and housing. A vote was held to dispose of the remaining agenda items, effectively ending debate on several motions.

The Wandsworth Council Licensing Sub-Committee met to consider a new premises licence for Wimbledon Park and a variation to a premises licence for Rhynd, a wine and cheese bar. The committee granted the licence for Wimbledon Park with some modifications, and granted the licence for Rhynd with conditions.

The Wandsworth Council Licensing Sub-Committee met to consider an application from the Home Office Immigration Enforcement to review the premises licence of Londis, 1-4 Aubyn Square, London, SW15 5NT, following the discovery of an illegal worker at the premises. After hearing from all parties, the sub-committee decided to suspend the licence for one month and add new conditions to the licence. These conditions include maintaining a comprehensive staff register, ensuring staff complete right-to-work compliance training, and regular reviews of compliance files by the designated premises supervisor (DPS).
