The Planning Applications Committee met in September and made decisions on a number of planning applications, including the refusal of an application relating to affordable housing contributions at Springfield Hospital, and the approval of a number of other applications with conditions.

At a meeting of the Wandsworth Council Planning Applications Committee, councillors approved a variation to a legal agreement for hotels near the United States Embassy in Nine Elms, gave the go-ahead to a student housing development on Armoury Way, and approved a deed of variation regarding affordable housing contributions for a development on Culvert Road. The committee also confirmed two tree preservation orders.

The Wandsworth Planning Applications Committee met on 23 July 2025, and approved four applications for permission to develop, and one application to vary conditions, while also discussing tree preservation orders and recent planning decisions. The committee approved the recommendations for applications at Merivale Road, Penwith Road, Thurleigh Road, Blenkarne Road and Chetwode Road.
