The committee approved all 12 of the applications that were put before it, with the exception of a controversial application at 150a-170 Penwith Road and 2-8 Thornsett Road in Earlsfield, where councillors voted against the recommendation to approve the scheme.

The Council voted to note a report about an increase to Councillor allowances for information and approved a motion celebrating the Council's success in supporting social workers. The Council also voted against motions to exempt or compensate charities for the rise in Employer National Insurance Contributions, and to condemn the Council for failing to take action to end the protest on Riverside Walk in Nine Elms. The Council voted to accept a Conservative amendment to a Labour motion on compassion at Christmas.

The Licensing Sub-Committee approved the application for a new premises licence for the sale of alcohol from Tusuki Ramen, which is located on Upper Richmond Road in Putney. The meeting also discussed the appointment of a chair for the meeting and an objection made by a local resident.

The committee approved five planning applications: the construction of seven new homes at Tolan Square, the redevelopment of the Ackroydon Community Centre to provide 13 affordable homes and a replacement community centre, the demolition of a house at 21 Rowena Crescent and its replacement with a larger one, the construction of eight new intermediate rent homes at Vision Point on Yelverton Road, and a traffic order to enable the movement of a Network Rail structure near Aldrington Road. The committee also confirmed two Tree Preservation Orders, TPO 491/2024 and 492/2024.
