Project Skyline (GM Children’s homes) (CF&E10)

This item provides an update on Project Skyline (GM proposal to create supply of children’s homes to increase availability of LAC placements in the GM region for some of the most vulnerable young people) and approve entering into a Partnership Agreement with the remaining Local Authorities in GM, GMCA and NHS GM for delivery of the project.

Stockport Town Centre Residential Design Guide (Non-Key)

A draft of the design guide was approved for consultation earlier this year. The consultation has now taken place and cabinet are being asked to a) approve changes to be made to the design guide in response to the feedback received; and b) that the finalised design guide be published on the council's website and used in development management decision making and other development related discussions/processes.
