The Cornwall Harbours Board met to discuss the annual report, budget, maritime activities, and various projects across Cornwall's harbours. The board approved the annual report, noted the budget monitor, and discussed maritime activity. They also considered a pontoon extension in Truro, land disposal in Bude, and a memorial statue in St Ives, ultimately deciding to reject the proposed location for the statue but offer financial support for the project.

The Cornwall Harbours Board met to elect a chairman and vice-chairman, approve the minutes of the previous meeting, and recommend the re-appointment of a board member. Councillor Luke Rogers was elected Chairman, Councillor Martyn Alvey was elected Vice-Chairman, and the board recommended the re-appointment of Captain Charles Gurd as an independent voting member.
