...to facilitate North Northamptonshire Council's (NNC) strategic ambitions and IT self-sufficiency by March 2027, the committee approved the disaggregation of IT services provided by West Northamptonshire Council (WNC) to NNC (excluding services to the Children's Trust and Business Systems arrangements), with NNC funding disaggregation costs and a portion of unavoidable stranded costs, and delegated authority to Section 151 Officers to finalize cost implications.
