This meeting of the North Northumberland Local Area Planning Committee will include the confirmation of the minutes from the previous meeting and a report that will provide an update on the status of a number of planning appeals. The committee will also be asked to make a decision on an application for retrospective planning permission.

Rights of Way Committee - Wednesday, 18th December, 2024 10.00 am

The Rights of Way committee will meet on Wednesday 18 December 2024 to discuss the status of 5 routes of alleged restricted byways and byways open to all traffic[^2] and 1 alleged public footpath. It is not certain whether any decisions will be made during the meeting.

Licensing & Regulatory Committee - Wednesday, 18th December, 2024 1.30 pm

The Licensing & Regulatory Committee will be provided with a report on a range of licensing activity undertaken by the authority over the previous quarter. The meeting will also consider reports setting out the legal framework for the regulation of passenger vehicles and sports grounds.

Licensing Committee - Wednesday, 18th December, 2024 2.00 pm

This meeting of the Licensing Committee will include a report on the licences determined by the authority since the beginning of the 2024/25 financial year, as well as a report outlining the decision-making scheme adopted by the council for licensing.
