...the Council approved the minutes from the Council meeting held on July 3rd, 2025, approved the draft Annual Review of Performance for 2024-25 for publication, and approved progressing the implementation of the Wales Pension Partnership (WPP) Fit for the Future Business case, including the formation of a corporate entity and delegation of authority to the Deputy Section 151 Officer for Project Snowdon, with final documentation approval delegated to the Pension Fund Committee.

...to amend the Terms of Reference of the Governance & Audit Committee to comply with new Global Internal Audit Standards, specifically regarding the Chief Internal Auditor's annual report and the reporting of instances where the internal audit function does not conform to established standards.

...to receive the Standards Committee Annual Report 2024-2025, which outlines the work of the Standards Committee during that period, including how it discharged its functions, summaries of reports from the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales and the Adjudication Panel for Wales, and the committee's assessment of political group leaders' compliance with their duty to promote high standards of conduct.
