The Bromley Council Development Control Committee met to discuss a number of planning and performance related items, including the proposed redevelopment of Conifer House, and the council's planning key performance indicators (KPIs). The committee refused permission for the redevelopment of Conifer House, and noted the planning KPIs.

Executive, Resources and Contracts Policy Development and Scrutiny Committee - Monday 15 September 2025 7.00 pm

The Executive, Resources and Contracts Policy Development and Scrutiny Committee met on 15 September 2025, to discuss a range of issues including budget monitoring, treasury management, and contract performance. The committee supported recommendations for capital programme monitoring and treasury management, and requested further information on financial sustainability of the Our Bromley magazine, property risks, and contracts.

Development Control Committee - Tuesday 2 September 2025 7.30 pm

This meeting of the Development Control Committee in Bromley Council considered two planning applications, and approved both with conditions. One application was for the phased mixed-use redevelopment of 1 Westmoreland Road, and the other was for the demolition and redevelopment of Belle Grove, 100 Mickleham Road.

Pierluigi's, Licensing Sub-Committee - Tuesday 12 August 2025 10.00 am

The Licensing Sub-Committee for Bromley Council convened to consider a new premises licence application for Pierluigi's Pasta Fresca and objections to the application. Councillors were asked to consider Bromley's Statement of Licensing Policy 2025 to 2030, as well as written and oral submissions from both the applicant and those objecting.

Licensing Sub-Committee - Monday 4 August 2025 10.00 am

The Bromley Council Licensing Sub-Committee convened to discuss two temporary event notices (TENs) submitted by Mr Marco Pierluigi Bianchi for Pierluigi's, 86 - 90 High Street, Beckenham. The Public Health Nuisance Team had objected to both applications, citing concerns over the prevention of public nuisance due to ongoing enforcement action and previous issues with loud amplified music at the premises. The Licensing Sub-Committee was asked to determine the applications, considering Bromley's Statement of Licensing Policy 2025 to 2030 and representations from the applicant and objectors.
