A proposal for a new dwelling on Blenheim Crescent was refused due to its impact on the character of the area and neighbouring properties. A retrospective application relating to a property on Northampton Road was withdrawn from consideration, and an application concerning alterations to a property on Hartley Down was approved.

Planning Committee - Thursday, 6th November, 2025 6.30 pm
