At a meeting of the People Committee, Sutton Council members discussed the Sutton Youth Justice Plan 2025-2028, the Families First Partnership Programme, the Sutton Safeguarding Adults Board Annual Report 2024-2025, and the Sutton Local Safeguarding Children Partnership Annual Report 2024-25. The committee approved the Youth Justice Plan, and noted the reports on the Families First Partnership Programme, and the Safeguarding Adults and Children.

The Sutton Council meeting scheduled for 3 November 2025 included discussion of Houses in Multiple Occupation, a motion to support diversity, and the annual report of the Audit and Governance Committee. Councillors were also expected to answer questions.

The Carshalton and Clockhouse Local Committee met to discuss a range of local issues, including updates from community groups, Sutton Housing Partnership (SHP), and highways officers.
