This meeting was called following a request by five councillors to discuss the Housing Ombudsman Service's recent report on Camden Council. The Ombudsman's report is highly critical of Camden's Housing Repairs service. It makes a series of recommendations on how the service can be improved.

Hampstead District Management Committee - Wednesday, 8th January, 2025 6.30 pm

The Hampstead District Management Committee met to discuss the registration of Tenants’ and Residents’ Associations, the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) budget for 2025/26 and rent setting. The meeting was scheduled for 7.10pm on Wednesday the 8th of January 2025 in Committee Room 1 of Camden Town Hall on Judd Street.

Housing Scrutiny Committee - Tuesday, 10th December, 2024 6.30 pm

This meeting included reports on the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) budget for the next financial year, private sector renting in the borough, and a plan to improve energy efficiency in council homes. The committee was also scheduled to discuss a report on performance across all council services.

Hampstead District Management Committee - Thursday, 5th December, 2024 6.30 pm

This meeting was scheduled to include a discussion of the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) budget for 2025/26, and an update on the Housing Transformation programme. Updates on the Regis Road Regeneration Strategy, the CCTV programme, and the repairs and voids services were also scheduled to be provided.
