Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority - Wednesday, 10th December, 2025 2.00 pm
The Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority (GLCCA) Board met on 10 December 2025, and approved the content of the Greater Lincolnshire Plan, priorities and funding rules for the Adult Skills Fund, the draft 2026/27 budget and Medium Term Financial Plan, proposed amendments to the Authority's Constitution, and the appointment of an Interim Monitoring Officer and Interim Statutory Scrutiny Officer. The board also agreed to write to the government to request assistance with election costs for the Mayoral election.
Extraordinary Meeting, Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority - Wednesday, 12th November, 2025 4.00 pm
The Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority convened to establish an Appointments Panel for Chief Officer recruitment, and to agree its terms of reference and appoint members to the panel. The recommendations were approved, enabling the Authority to move forward with the recruitment process for key leadership positions.

Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority - Greater Lincolnshire Transport Board - Wednesday, 16th July, 2025 2.00 pm
The Greater Lincolnshire Transport Board convened to discuss and make decisions regarding the region's transport strategy. The board agreed to endorse the development of a Rural Transport Group (RTG) and supported the next steps for creating a Greater Lincolnshire Local Transport Plan (LTP). Additionally, the board requested that the Chairman of the Transport Board write to the Secretary of State for Transport requesting ministerial sponsorship of the RTG.
