The Executive agreed to maintain the existing Council Tax Support Scheme for 2026/27 and recommended it to the Council, approved a revised Capital Programme, and agreed to seek an extension to the existing libraries service contract with Greenwich Leisure Limited (GLL). They also authorised the appropriation of land at Castlecombe Youth Centre Car Park for housing purposes.
