The Licensing Sub-Committee of Doncaster Council met on Tuesday 16 September 2025 to consider an application for a new premises licence. Councillor Karl Hughes was scheduled to chair the meeting. The Licensing Sub-Committee of Doncaster Council met on 8 September 2025, to consider several reviews of existing private hire and Hackney carriage licenses. The meeting was scheduled to take place at the Council Chamber, Civic Office, Waterdale, Doncaster and the report pack indicates that members of the public and press may have been excluded for some of the meeting. The councillors scheduled to be in attendance were Councillor Karl Hughes, Councillor Nick Allen, Councillor Steven Plater and Councillor Howard Rimmer.

Elections and Democratic Structures Committee - Tuesday, 15th July, 2025 10.00 am

The Elections and Democratic Structures Committee was scheduled to meet to discuss election activity, registration activity and the temporary appointment of members to Moss and District Parish Council.

Council - Thursday, 10th July, 2025 6.00 pm

The Doncaster Council was scheduled to meet on 10 July 2025. The agenda included questions from the public to Mayor Ros Jones, a motion regarding the flying of the Union Flag on council property, and the Overview and Scrutiny Annual Report 2024/2025. Councillors were also expected to receive minutes from various joint authorities, including the South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority (SYMCA).

The Licensing Sub-Committee of Doncaster Council scheduled a meeting to discuss a summary review of the premises licence for Kubus, a convenience store located at 30 High Street, Doncaster, as well as the minutes from several prior meetings. Councillor Karl Hughes was scheduled to chair the meeting, with Councillors Nick Allen, Martin Greenhalgh, and Howard Rimmer also in attendance.
