Health and Wellbeing Board - Thursday, 4th September, 2025 9.30 am

The Doncaster Health and Wellbeing Board convened to discuss key issues impacting the city, including the endorsement of the Health and Wellbeing Board Annual Report, and the approval of the Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment. The board also explored strategies to close the women's and child health gap in Doncaster. Anthony Fitzgerald, Executive Place Director (Doncaster) for NHS South Yorkshire ICB, was appointed as Vice-Chair of the Health and Wellbeing Board for the 2025/26 Municipal Year.

Standing Advisory Council on Religious Education (SACRE) - Thursday, 31st July, 2025 4.30 pm

The Doncaster Council Standing Advisory Council on Religious Education (SACRE) met on Thursday, 31st July 2025, to discuss several key issues, including the constitution and terms of reference, updates to the SACRE webpage and REsource directory, Key Stage 4 grade summaries, and the Agreed RE Syllabus launch event. The council also reviewed national updates for SACRE from RE Today Summer 2025. During the meeting, a new chair and vice-chair were appointed.

Council - Thursday, 10th July, 2025 6.00 pm

The Doncaster Council was scheduled to meet on 10 July 2025. The agenda included questions from the public to Mayor Ros Jones, a motion regarding the flying of the Union Flag on council property, and the Overview and Scrutiny Annual Report 2024/2025. Councillors were also expected to receive minutes from various joint authorities, including the South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority (SYMCA).

Health and Adults Social Care Overview and Scrutiny Panel - Thursday, 3rd July, 2025 10.00 am

The Health and Adults Social Care Overview and Scrutiny Panel met to discuss Doncaster's dementia strategy, and to review their work plan. The meeting was scheduled to include a discussion of progress and next steps for Doncaster's dementia strategy, as well as an overview of the panel's work plan and the council's forward plan of key decisions.

Council - Friday, 23rd May, 2025 11.30 am

The Council of Doncaster Council convened for its annual meeting to address a number of key items, including the election of the Chair and Vice-Chair, and the appointment of members to various committees and outside bodies. The meeting also included a review of committee terms of reference, and a discussion of member development and Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks for councillors.
