Local Government Reorganisation: Proposal from Hertsmere Borough Council - Final Recommendation

...to submit a proposal to the Secretary of State for local government reorganisation in Hertfordshire, identifying the modified four unitary option as the Council's preferred option, to take no further action to secure Hertsmere's Borough status, and to delegate authority to the Chief Executive to make minor modifications to the proposal and instruct the Hertfordshire County Council Chief Executive to submit it.
