...to approve the Spade Oak Management Plan Option 1 for creating a Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace (SANG) at Spade Oak, designate a Country Park on Council-owned land at Spade Oak Lake, delegate the submission of revised Gravel Yard restoration proposals, and delegate the agreement of Heads of Terms with the Hollands Farm developers regarding Gateway costs.

...to approve the draft revenue budget and capital programme for 2025/26, note the budget consultation outcome and associated risks, agree the schedule of fees and charges for 2025/26, support seeking delegation from the Council to add up to £100m of new capital schemes, and note that a supplementary report regarding the Council Tax Resolution would accompany the final budget.

...to approve a Council Tax base of 233,267.79, a collection rate of 98.4%, and an estimated surplus of £8.3 million for the 2025/26 financial year.

...to implement the "Library Flex" model, including increased opening hours at eight libraries, changes to High Wycombe Library, reduced hours at Burnham Library, and the release of £500,000 in capital funding, to achieve budgeted savings.
