The commission agreed to a number of recommendations, including requesting a report from the Section 151 Officer[^1] regarding spending decisions related to food waste collection, and requesting a budget proposal from the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) to reconfigure bin stores in council housing. The commission also voted to approve the work programme for the next municipal year, with one objection noted.
