Executive - Tuesday, 2nd December, 2025 10.30 am
The Lincolnshire County Council's Executive met to discuss the Section 17 Crime and Disorder Strategy and the Review of Financial Performance for the second quarter of 2025/26, and voted to approve the recommendations for both. The Crime and Disorder Strategy was recommended to the County Council for formal approval, and the Executive noted the forecast outturn position for revenue and capital, along with the mitigations being progressed.
Executive - Tuesday, 4th November, 2025 10.30 am
The Lincolnshire Council Executive met on Tuesday to discuss active recovery beds, the adult social care strategy, the sufficiency strategy for special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and alternative provision, and the rights of way improvement plan. Councillors voted to approve the recommissioning of active recovery beds, and the SEND strategy, and to adopt the rights of way improvement plan. However, they voted to reject the adult social care strategy, sending it back for further review and engagement.
Pensions Committee - Thursday, 23rd October, 2025 11.00 am
The Lincolnshire County Council Pension Committee met to discuss several key items, including updates from the Lincolnshire Local Pension Board, the Lincolnshire Pension Fund's performance, and the results of the 2025 whole fund valuation. The committee also reviewed the draft annual report and accounts for 2024/25. All members present approved the minutes of the previous meeting.
Executive - Tuesday, 7th October, 2025 10.30 am
The Lincolnshire Council Executive met to discuss long-term coastal flood resilience, updates to the local enforcement plan, and appointments to outside bodies. The Executive approved a financial contribution of up to £0.995m towards the first stage of a business case for investment in long term coastal flood resilience and economic sustainability, supported the Environment Agency’s beach nourishment programme, and agreed to the council's role as lead partner on the Lincs Coast 2100+ Partnership. Councillors also approved the updated Local Enforcement Plan and made amendments to appointments to outside bodies.
Lincolnshire Waste Partnership - Thursday, 2nd October, 2025 10.30 am
The Lincolnshire Waste Partnership met to discuss the rollout of segregated food waste collections, review partnership performance, and consider the forward plan. The partnership was scheduled to discuss progress made on the food waste project, including infrastructure upgrades and communications strategies. Members were also expected to review key performance indicators related to waste management and recycling.
