The Hounslow Council Licensing Panel met on Monday, 28 July 2025, and appointed Councillor Farhaan Rehman as Chair. The panel then considered an application for a temporary street trading licence for Everyday Fruits & Veggies on Hounslow High Street, hearing a representation from Hounslow Highways.

The Hounslow Borough Council met to discuss a range of issues, including licensing policies, scrutiny reports, and community concerns, and also to appoint a new chief executive. The council approved the updated Statement of Licensing Policy, noted the Scrutiny Annual Report, declared war on waste criminals, supported the free school meal extension, and committed to putting culture at the heart of its growth strategy. Mandy Skinner was appointed as the new chief executive and returning officer.

The Hounslow Council Pension Board was scheduled to meet on 16 July 2025 to discuss the Pension Board's forward plan, review fund administration performance, and assess compliance with the Pensions Regulator's General Code of Practice, among other items. The meeting was also scheduled to include a review of the draft annual report of the board.

The Chiswick Area Forum met to discuss weed management, concerns about events at Gunnersbury Park, and to hear an introduction to the work of WildChiswick. The meeting also provided an opportunity for residents to raise local concerns during an open forum. Additionally, the forum was scheduled to review ongoing issues and the minutes from their previous meeting.
