This delegation is to occur on receipt of relevant consultation responses, particularly from the Health and Safety Executive.

The committee agreed to update the Section 106 legal agreement to refer to the approved Conservation Scheme for the 'Adjoining Land' instead of 'Bevin's Birches'. This correction ensures the legal agreement accurately reflects the land covered by the scheme.
