...to approve and formally adopt the 2025/26 Climate Change Action Plan, rename the Climate Change Working Group to the Climate Emergency Working Group, refer the Working Group Terms of Reference back to the working group for reconsideration, and agree that the working group begin work on the 2026/2027 Climate Change Action Plan, considering its costing.

...to approve the recommendations to set the annual fees for Hackney Carriage, Private Hire, Scrap Metal, Sex Establishment, and Pavement Licenses for the year 2026/2027, with a minimum increase of 2.5% to account for inflation.
